Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Vehicle Requirement: Please note that a high-clearance 4WD/AWD vehicle (like a Jeep) is required to access the villa. No refunds will be given for vehicle compatibility issues. To help us maintain our eco-friendly footprint, we kindly ask guests to conserve energy by turning off air conditioning units when doors and windows are open or when leaving the property. Occupancy: Base rates cover up to 6 guests in main house. Up to 10 when rent apartment. Unauthorized guests or events are strictly prohibited.
